If you'd like to receive announcements regarding events and other items of interest to Needhamites, please subscribe to the "Announcement" mailing list. This list is "moderated" - you can respond to a message, but your response won't necessarily be forwarded onto the list (that way, only items of relevance actually do get out to all the subscribers.).
If you have an announcement regarding something of general interest, you can send it to this list (announcements@needhamonline.com).
After you sign up, your request goes to the list administrator for approval. In turn, you'll receive an email "token" requesting that confirm your request. This ensures that only people that want to be on the list actually get subscribed, and nobody else will subscribe you by accident...
