Needham residents are welcome to post "for sale" listings of a non-commercial nature. Non-residents and commercial organizations are asked to refrain from posting. Commercial organizations may inquire with the webmaster about separate business listings on the website.
Listings will be available for approximately 30 days, and will be automatically deleted at that time. If you wish to repost a listing, please feel free to do so.
Additionally, residents listing items for sale are asked to contribute 10% of the item's sale price after it is sold, up to a maximum of $20, to help defray the costs of maintaining the site.
