  • Nice page--My interest is Geneology. Needham is a given name in my family dating back to 1796. I am trying to find out if it came from this town or from somewhere else. It may have been a maiden name, unknown for now. Any Rogers up there, let me hear from you.

  • I just sort of stumbled upon this website and was feeling nostalgic. It's pretty good though for checking out what's happening back home.

  • Great to find a website on Needham, which is the birthplace of my mother in law.
Being a History Professor at the Sorbonne, in Paris, I'm looking for information on the history of the Carter's Company, founded in Needham by our great grandfather William H.Carter. Would you have any suggestion?

  • Hi!

I have just returned from your wonderful town! I am researching the Mills Family of Needham. I would like to obtain a copy of Clarke's history of Needham if anyone has one to sell. Also a book called "...neare about the falles" by Franklin Parker. I am willing to pay a very fair amount for either of these works.
  • Thanks!

  • I found this site very interesting. I got here by typing the name "Needham" in Yahoo Search. My mothers maiden name was Needham but I found out your town was not founded by a Needham as I had assumed. It was enjoyable looking around anyway.

  • Site is very well done. It would be nice to have more businesses on-line, and also to have more information on city services offered on-line.

  • Question: what do you do with the paint once it is collected? Is it recycled? If so, by whom and how much does it cost if any? I'm researching paint recycling programs and would greatly appreciate any information. thanks!
