- I was born in Boston and raised in Needham on Manning Street. My mom died when I was 10, 1979, and my dad moved us to Canada to be closer to family. I have great memories of my childhood in Needham and of the many families I knew while there. You site looks great, it's as close as I can get to the real thing right now.

- I am in search of my father's
burial site in the Needham
cemetary. Do you have access to
the old cemetary registry? He
died in 1927, a Scotland
immigrant who came over from
Scotland in 1923. He was a
decorated World War I hero, sort
of a Scottish Sgt. York. He was
buried in Needham cemetary. My
sister visited it and looked for
his grave site and couldn't find
it. I've only recently acquired a
computer and with the help of my
nephew found your site.
My dad's name is Arthur McLean, he was a Sgt. in the Cameron Highlanders. I was but 6 years old when he passed away so I don't recall what was placed on his headstone. Hopefully someone has a registry of where my father is buried so his surviving children can visit his gravesite. Thank you any help you might be able to provide me.

- I moved out of Needham in 1980 and haven't been back in years. It is great to see the changes that have taken place. I was happy to see that St. Joseph's has adopted a middle school concept - It was through my experiences at St. Joseph's in the 70's that I was inspired to become a 4th grade teacher.

- hey, Needham! I had a great time at the Fourth festivities! You Rock! Did anyone see me in the parade? I was in the spangled red white and blue glitter outfit and a funny balloon hat! I laughed the whold day and I'm still laughing! I'm nut's! At the flea market I ate fried dough, cotton candy and foot-long sausage dog's all day and I put Needham's sewage system to the test, for sure. it can handle a heavy load! bravo, Needham! I picked up some great tshirts and belts at the flea market and a super twelve inch hunting knife for my son. I told him next year, he's coming! Thanks for showing this ol' gal how to let her hair down and party, Needham!
