- I grew up on the South
Shore where stores stayed
open past 10PM. Needham
is a great little town
and I have lived here
with my wife for about 2
years. It's a typical all
American town complete
with little park in the
middle. Seems like it
would be a great place to
raise kids. My wife grew
up here and we are
temporarily living with
her grandparents until we
can buy a house.
My questions are simple and I'm sure on the minds of some people who live here.
What's with the Movie theatre? It seems like it would be nice place to go but for some reason it just lays there rotting.
What's with the dry town status? I have a 1/2 hour round trip to get a bottle of wine for guests or some Saturday night socialbles.
And finally...
What's with the traffic light at Great Plain and Highland Ave? If you sit more than four cars back you'll wait a good five minutes before you can go through it.

with how you described
our food and service.
Recently we were visited
and featured on The
Phantom Gormet and there
was nothing but good
things mentioned about
our restaurant. He said
that the service was both
attentive and friendly.
We scored an overall of a
B+/A-, that is not common
comming from the Phantom.
I think whom ever wrote
this might concider
comming in again and this
time I am sure that
he/she will leave holding
Joe's in nothing but the
highest regaurds.

I am a father of a senior in NHS who is the speech & debate team captain. The Needham team is larger this year and is winning many tournaments.
