POLICIES AND GENERAL INFORMATION

All programs are offered to Needham residents on a first come - first served basis.

REGISTRATION LIMITS

See Program Descriptions for specific limits.
Families may register for 1 family other than their own.
Commission reserves the right to cancel classes, depending on low registration numbers.

AGE OF PARTICIPANTS

Participants must be the noted age by the first day of the session in which they are enrolled.
Birth Certificates are required for children, ages 3 - 5. Bring copy to Park and Recreation Office to have it recorded. If a birth certificate has already been registered, it does not have to be done again. Registrations are not complete without birth certificate.

PROGRAM CHANGES/REFUND POLICY

Call (781)455-7521, or stop by the office during office hours if it becomes necessary to make a program change.
Additional payments may be required for some changes, and must be sent to the office within 36 hours.
The Commission has a NO REFUND POLICY, unless the activity is cancelled by the Commission. Questions on this policy may be sent IN WRITING to the Commission.
