SENIOR ACTIVITIES
The Park and Recreation Commission hosts several senior programs in conjunction with the Council On Aging. Registration information is listed with each program or on Pages 9 - 12.
Health Tip: Studies have shown that physical exercise can moderate or prevent many types of chronic disease, when it is part of a full health program that includes regular doctor visits. Portions of all programs can be adapted to meet the individual needs of participants. Keep your mind and body moving!
