POSTURE EXERCISE:

Face a mirror. Close your eyes. Bend your head forward and back. Bring your head to neutral position. Open your eyes. Without moving your head notice your head, shoulders and hip positions.

Which posture resembles you?

The first picture on the left, both top and bottom is normal. Any posture other than normal means you have increased stress on your spine. This is a sign of subluxation.
